An experienced leader, trainer, and organisational leadership consultant with over 30 years' experience. Thomas has been training and consulting for a broad range of international corporations and militaries since leaving the U.S. Marine Corps as a Colonel in 2018.

His extensive background includes leader development, training design, coaching, and changing organisational culture across military, interagency, and international contexts. He has served 3 combat tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom, a peacekeeping tour in Kosovo, and bilateral training engagements across Japan, Korea, Spain, Croatia, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia.

He served as the USMC Attaché to Japan (2013–2015) and speaks conversational Japanese. As Iraqi Military Adviser Team Leader, he inspired Iraqi commanders to implement a counter-insurgency mindset which reduced attacks against the Iraqi Army by 88% in 6 months.

His passion is assisting leaders and organisations to win through agile, creative, and decentralised decision-making in fluid, competitive environments.

Caroline is a former British Army Officer and one of few women who served on operations as Advanced Force Recce for UKSF. She served with the SRR, SAS, and SBS, completing her regular service as Assistant Operations Officer at 22 SAS and as a reserve officer — Plans Officer for 21 SAS.

Post-military, Caroline worked for MI6 (SIS) as a global covert operator. She is a specialist in surveillance and covert operations, working against targets in counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, and organised narco-crime. She has also delivered training to build capacity for overseas intelligence agencies, police, and armies, operating globally in conflict, post-conflict, and fragile environments.

Alongside her covert career, she is a security and crisis management consultant, focusing on contingency planning, operations, training, and mentoring. She is a qualified teacher and experienced Train the Trainer, and has worked as a security adviser for INGOs, national NGOs, and European media organisations.

Former Marine in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps with deployments to Iraq (SFIR 1, 2003), Afghanistan (NATO SRF, 2005), and Pakistan (post-earthquake Humanitarian Aid, 2005).

Former Close Protection Officer with the Royal and Diplomatic Protective Service (DKDB). Close protection instructor since 2017, training operational close protection officers in shooting and close combat while refining technique and tactics.

Breathing coach and volunteer for Surfivor, providing free surf-therapy for people suffering from PTSD.

Additionally, he has specialised in human development, group dynamics, and evidence-based coaching. To guide and assist others in their learning process has been the common theme throughout his career.

Pauline is a registered osteopath and has been working in Belgium for 4 years. She runs her own clinic with a holistic practice, with biomechanics, endocrinology, and neurology as her main areas of professional focus.

She trained at the London School of Osteopathy and developed a strong approach with a preference for structural osteopathy. She is MBTI qualified and recently joined the Human Performance team to work with the IMPACT Performance Model.
